Its that time a year again, and looking to put together a boerboel calendar for members of the site for 2012.  If you would like your boerboel to be in the calendar please submit your photo here by the end of October.  You can do so by clicking on the add image link above when replying to the post here.  You may also submit up to 3 images to go on the calendar.  In order to do this I need those interested to please let me know.  For those wanting their photos to be used I willn need your permission to use them.  I also need to make sure that anyone submitting professional photos has the right to use them in this way.  The larger the photo the better for placing them in the calendar.  Depending on how many would like to particpate we may have to put photos to a vote.  I would love to be able to get everyone in the calendar if possible.  We will discuss any options here in doing so as we go along.  The calendar will most likely cost around $20.00 if not less.  For each calendar 10% will go towards the cost of the site.  The rest goes to the publisher of the calendar.  Depending on who all is interested in getting one we may be able to get a quanity rate on these which would help lower the cost.  There are so many great photos here would love to see them in a calendar.  Thanks!  Any questions let me know please.  Top Boerboel 2012 Calendar

We will be doing two seperate calendars which will help more members take part.  One will be pictures of boerboel puppies, and the other of larger boerboels. 

If your a TopBB member, we would like to know more about you!  If you have not already please take the time to introduce yourself here.

I was wondering how many here allow just anyone to pet their boerboel pup or dog.  When taking your boerboel out on walks do you allow others to approach, and pet?  While in a pet store how do you react to this?  If you do allow please explain why you feel this is good for them.  If not please explain why you do not allow this.  Please share your thoughts, as always discussion like this are very helpful to members here.  I always like to post articles I have read on the matter, and have listed one below.  You can also take part in this post, and read what others think in our community section here.

Updated the Top Boerboels section with SABT show results for 2010.  Our community area has also been updated, and is now more user friendly.

We are almost 300 members strong!  I'd like to thank everyone who has been a part in making Top Boerboel a great great place to be a part of!

Top Boerboel has now added the ability to add, and search certain boerboel listings within a database.  At the moment we have added listings for Breeders, Studs, and Rescue.  Anyone will be able to submit a form in any of these areas, and will post live to the site for all to view. We will soon be adding a boerboel litter listings to the site as well.  In order for this to be helpful, we need people to start submitting.  This is still a work in progress, so please give any suggestions you may have.  We are always looking to be more helpful to the boerboel community, hope you enjoy these new features.

TopBoerboel has what I believe to be the best boerboel community online.  Even though we are still a very new boebeol community we have all types of members.  Everything from boerboel owners, breeders, trainers,  soon to be owners, and pet lovers in general.  Our top boerboel community has members from all over the world sharing their love for this breed and others.  We offer every member their own page to fully customize how they choose.  You are able to blog, post pictures, post videos, add apps, change layout, look, and more.  There are also many other features within our boerboel community to take advantage of like our chat room.   A great place to learn more about the boerboel or share your boerboel experiences with others.   We invite you to come take a look for yourself  here.

I had the chance to go to my first boerboel appraisal yesterday.  Even though my pup was to young to have appraised I went anyway.  I mostly went for the support of the members that were going and of course get a feel for how things were done.  I met up with Top Boerboel members and their dogs.   It was great to finally meet some members from the site .  I  also had a chance to meet some really nice people that were a part of the SABT.

The Top Boerboel Breeders section has been updated.  As always please do your research before choosing any breeder to go with.  One of the best ways to research breeders is to ask those who have delt with them.  You will find our community section is full of boeboel owners and most have more than one.  The ones I have listed I have delt with one way or another and feel they are top boerboel breeders you can trust.
